The Work Zero Method

At Boersly, we don’t offer financial services or recommend specific financial products. Instead, we focus on what truly empowers investors — financial education and independent insights.

We believe financial freedom starts with understanding. That’s why we give you the foundation to take control of your investing journey. All decisions remain with you — based on your goals, your time horizon, and your comfort with risk and volatility.

You choose your investment approach. From there, we provide ongoing insights to help you make confident, informed adjustments along the way.

All Boersly Members share a common goal: to make work optional. Our community is made up of two groups — those building their wealth, and those already living from it. Each follows a different strategy, but both are on the same path to financial freedom.

Our method is built on two core pillars.

1

Build your foundation – understand the essentials of smart investing

Start with our book Basecamp – Making Your Money Work for You. It gives you all the essential knowledge to begin investing. Find it under Boersly Reads.

Prefer to learn by listening? Explore our Boersly Classes — beginner-friendly and advanced courses to help you get started and grow with confidence. Enrol in any class and receive a free copy of Basecamp.

Whether you’re investing in stocks, ETFs, bonds, or cryptocurrencies, the first step is understanding what type of investor you are. This depends on your goals, your time horizon, and your comfort with risk.

There are three fundamental investment approaches to choose from:

1. Defensive Portfolio: Designed for the short term, with a focus on protecting your wealth from inflation.

2. Balanced Portfolio: Suited for the mid term, aiming for moderate growth while keeping risk in check.

3. Growth-Oriented Portfolio: Built for the long term, focused on maximising returns and accepting higher volatility.

In addition, you can choose a core-satellite approach. This means selecting one of the three fundamental strategies as the core of your portfolio, while adding a smaller, complementary “satellite” portion with a different focus — for example, high-growth investments.

2

Refine and adjust – make confident decisions as markets evolve

Once you've built your portfolio, we provide ongoing insights to support your investment decisions. Every approach may require adjustments over time — and that's where our continued support comes in.
